  1. I can't withdraw rewards and liquidity from DeDust.io using the TON Space wallet. How to resolve this?

If you can't withdraw liquidity or rewards from DeDust.io and you're using the TON Space wallet at the same time, please follow these steps:

  • Download the Tonkeeper wallet and log in using the seed phrases you have from TON Space — you should have written them down when creating it. If you haven't done this, you can get them through the settings of TON Space.

  • Disconnect your wallet on DeDust.io in the upper right corner.

  • Log in again on Dedust.io and select Tonkeeper from the offered wallets.

  1. Swaps are more expensive on DeDust.io now. What happened?

Some pool fees are higher on DeDust.io, it is good for liquidity providers. Sometimes there is just a better price in one place or the other, provided they both have similar liquidity.

  1. Do I need to create a pool on test production on DeDust.io?

If you need a test pool, you can always create one: there are no restrictions. Import your token — on the 'Swap' page insert your token address in search of tokens. Refresh page on 'Pools', tap on 'Create pool' and conduct a few transactions with required pool balance.

  1. I can't claim my rewards. What should I do?

Wallet is in beta and doesn't support it. Please use another non-custodial wallet for claiming.

  1. I do get listing notifications from DeDust but didn’t see this one listed on DeDust. Any coin on TON chain are listed on DeDust?

Listing on DeDust.io is free, but has some requirements.

  1. What if I can’t put new liquidity into the pool?

Check if TON is sufficient to pay the commission. The reason may also be lacking a pair of tokens if you are trying to put only 1 token.

  1. In what coin will I get commission in a pool?

You will get both coins in the pool.

  1. How do I withdraw my coins from liquidity? For example, if I put them in a TON/SCALE pool.

Use the 'Withdraw' button. Make sure TON is sufficient to pay the commission before withdrawing coins.
