# How to create a token

There are two main ways to launch a new token: create it with a token minter or use a launchpad.

If you create the token yourself, you will need to [create a liquidity pool](https://help.dedust.io/en/liquidity/create) for it. When you use a launchpad, the pool is created automatically.

### Token minter

Use the official [TON Minter](https://minter.ton.org/) to create a token yourself.

### Launchpads

We recommend the following launchpads:

* [Uranus on x1000](https://x1000.finance/uranus)
* [Topblast](https://topblast.lol/)
* [Meridian](https://meridian.wtf/)
