## Сustomer Support

DeDust has no official support service — all help is open and transparent in [Telegram](#telegram-chats) chats.

❗Make sure you are communicating with official team/active community members who have administrators (or other) title in the chat's users list and in top right corner of every their message.\
If someone is privately writing (or even calling) you first, impersonating DeDust or x1000 support, or is proposing you to solve any issue and to write for this him/her privately, while having no admin's title in the chat, then most probably this is a scammer. Please be careful!
